News Release NAACOS Statement on House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee Markup NAACOS is encouraged that the House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee unanimously advanced legislation today that provides a short-term extension of Medicare’s value-based care incentives. Eligibility to earn this critical support expires at the end of the year. We’re pleased to see lawmakers recognize the important role these incentives play in improving our health care system and providing better patient care at lower costs. NAACOS thanks Reps. Kim Schrier (D-WA) and Neal Dunn (R-FL) for their leadership and looks forward to working with lawmakers in both the House and Senate to find the best policy that will incentive the movement to value-based care in both the short and long-term. ##### Contact: David Pittman |
