Sixty (60) days prior to the end of the 12-month period NAACOS will issue an invoice to renew the partnership status. If a third NAACOS conference falls within your business partner term, you will need to renew prior to the third conference. Those Partners who wish to renew will return the invoice with payment.

All NEW NAACOS Partners are required to pay their invoices prior to participating in any conference or major NAACOS sponsorship/exhibiting event (i.e., bootcamps, webinars, and other events determined by NAACOS) as a prerequisite. If a newly approved partner application occurs within the typical invoice pay period due date, NAACOS will still require payment in full before any onboarding or planning activities commence.
