NAACOS ACO Showdown Events

If you enjoy competition and learning about new ACO supporting products from peer ACOs, then you will want to attend our live ACO Showdown innovation events, where you will be the judge!

NAACOS will provide the platform for our partners to sponsor ACOs and ACO member health care organizations who have created, tested, and implemented innovative improvements on their products during a one-hour virtual competition.  Each competing organization who has applied will have 17 minutes to compete in a "Shark Tank" type of presentation and answer questions from the virtual audience of judges "YOU".  After all of the competitors have completed presenting their innovations and results, the audience will be asked to vote for their favorite innovation during this live virtual event.  The final three participants competing in the live virtual event will receive an award and recognition from NAACOS.  

1st prize – 1 paid registration to a NAACOS conference or boot camp and $500 gift card for Grubhub, DoorDash, or Uber Eats for the winning organization’s team to celebrate with a meal or food of their choosing.

2nd prize – $300 gift card for Grubhub, DoorDash, or Uber Eats

3rd prize – $200 gift card for Grubhub, DoorDash, or Uber Eats 

These events will be held periodically throughout the year with different sponsors and products each time.  You can only vote for your favorite innovation if you join the live event. You can register as a viewer and voting judge from open event links provided in NAACOS Newsletters, emails or other promotion social media links created for each new event.  

If you are an ACO who would like to compete in the first ACO showdown that will focus on innovation in cardiovascular care and is sponsored by iRhythm and Heartbeat Health.  Complete the application by Friday, May 17.

If you are unable to attend the event live but are interested in viewing products and real-world examples of how ACOs and healthcare organizations are using them, recordings can be found in our ACO Showdown Event Vault on the NAACOS website once the first competition is completed in 2024. 

Note: These events are not the same as the NAACOS Excellence awards.
