Description: Many ACOs are already strategically planning for 2018 and beyond, and introduction of a new ACO model, Track 1+, will be a key consideration for many that are deciding whether to take on risk. While the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has not yet finalized all the details on Track 1+, they have made information available on a number of program elements. During this webinar, we will review the Track 1+ information currently available and discuss advocacy plans to request changes or clarification on certain Track 1+ elements. Additionally, we will review other key ACO regulatory issues that NAACOS is focusing on in 2017 by providing relevant updates and association policy positions.
