Notifications will be made no later than August 18.

NAACOS requests submissions from ACOs that showcase innovations which have helped ACOs with every day struggles.

Did you figure out a great way of segmenting your population?
What are your care management keys to success?
Do you have any unique partnership models that are helping you achieve a goal? Perhaps you figured out a great distribution model for your savings. 

These are just a few examples of the types of innovations we are looking for. Here are a few examples of previous winners. For the fall conference, three submissions will be chosen as the "Best Innovations.”  The winners will receive:

  • an award at the conference,
  • the opportunity to present during a breakout session, and
  • complementary registration.

There will also be a table in the exhibit hall where the winners can meet up with conference attendees, who would like to hear more about the innovation.  The session and award presentation will be held during the NAACOS Fall 2017 Conference, October 5-6, 2017 at the Capital Hilton, Washington, D.C. Each selected ACO will have a 20-minute presentation to describe who they are, what challenge they faced, and what their solution was. The rest of the 90-minute breakout session will be Q&A among the audience and the presenters. The submitter is the assumed presenter and only one person may present although others may be present during the session to assist with the Q&A.

All innovations must be submitted by employees of ACOs. Vendors/Partners are not eligible to submit.
